REPAIR and MAINTENANCE INDUSTRIAL REFRIGERATING COMPRESSORS

Since before 1997 we have been working on all brands and types of refrigeration compressors.

There is no reciprocating, screw, twin screw compressor that we have not opened, evaluated, maintained or repaired.

To each compressor that is subjected to GERECO Service, we apply a protocol which is the result of many years of experience and which allows us to be sure of offering the best repair and maintenance service on the market.

THE GERECO Service METHOD

Over the years, we have developed a work protocol that begins with the receipt of the compressor and ends with delivery.

The overhaul or repair of the compressors is carried out according to the following processing steps, always with original spare parts:

1. Unloading from the means of transport.
2. Compressor coding (attribution of GERECO Service internal code).
3. Compilation of the processing sheet and execution of photographs on the state of the compressor.
4. Execution, before and during disassembly, of further photos of the compressor.
5. Oil drain (to be disposed of).
6. Complete disassembly of all mechanical and electrical parts.
7. Compressor / component analysis.
8. Verification of the photographs taken.
9. Check the tolerances of connecting rods, bushings, cylinders, pistons, shafts, gears, with suitable measuring instruments.
10. Electric stator rewinding.
11. Washing of parts with detergent.
12. Internal sandblasting with glass microspheres.
13. Rinsing for the removal of abrasives.
14. Replacement of worn mechanical parts with new ones.
15. Reassembly of the compressor.
16. Vacuum and pressure electrical testing.
17. Check the absorption of the electrical phases.
18. Tightness test of valve plates under vacuum and pressure.
19. Oil Pump Test.
20. Pressing with nitrogen to check the seal.
